Secutech Vietnam Expected to Draw More than 4,500 Professional Buyers

February 10, 2014

The 7th edition of Secutech Vietnam, International Security, Fire & Safety Exhibition & Conference, is scheduled to be held Aug. 20-22 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Organized by Messe Frankfurt New Era Business Media Ltd, Secutech Vietnam provides a platform to both domestic and overseas suppliers of safety as well as security products and solutions.

“Thanks to growing demand for total system solutions, distributors of security and safety products in Vietnam are all expanding their product lines in order to fulfill the needs of system integrators,” said Parson Lee, Managing Director for Messe Frankfurt New Era Business Media Ltd.

He added, “Secutech Vietnam aims to further the development of this market, allowing distributors as well as direct-buying system integrators the opportunity to source some of the latest advancements from domestic and global brands.”

The 2014 edition is expected to welcome more than 4,500 professional buyers as well as exhibitors from more than 100 brands featuring equipment and new applications in the fields of surveillance, access control and fire & safety industry sectors.

In addition, the fair will offer several forums and events:

Global Digital Security Forum (GDSF) Vietnam: The three-day forum will highlight forefront technologies, applications and solutions in digital surveillance from top international suppliers

Fire & Safety Seminar / Real Cases in Industrial Zone (Supported by HCMC Department of Fire Prevention)

The fair also also showcase two pavilions entitled “Fire & Safety” and “Lighting & Building” – dedicated to bringing more networking opportunities to all participants.

The Fire & Safety Pavilion will feature cutting edge fire prevention and detection technologies and management systems for Vietnam’s government and citizens.

The Lighting & Building Pavilion will cover a wide spectrum of energy-efficient and intelligent lighting and building equipment and present up-to-date solutions to architects, designers, contractors and end-users.

“Integration is another key focus in the security industry,” Lee said.

He added, “Foreign ventures, schools, industrial areas and other vertical markets have begun making calls for integration systems and solutions which provide a user-friendly and hazard-free environment across their various facilities. Secutech Vietnam is an ideal occasion to connect businesses and build partnerships.”
