XPO Acquires Nine Shows at North Port Events

XPO Exhibitions, a trade show organizer in New Zealand, announced that the company has acquired nine shows from North Port Events. No financial details were released.

The nine shows are The Baby Shows, The Food Shows (Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch), Fine Food New Zealand, Facilities Integrate, The Waikato Home & Garden Show, Autumn HomeXPO.

After the acquisition, XPO will organise a portfolio of 18 shows in 2020 and the company is expecting more than 3,500 exhibiting companies and over 150,000 visitors at its events next year.

Comexposium Establishes Joint Venture to Organise RemaxWorld Expo & Summit

Comexposium has entered into a joint-venture partnership to organize and develop RemaxWorld Expo & Summit, an office equipment and printing consumables industry exhibition held annually in Zhuhai, China.

As well as developing the RemaxWorld brand, the partnership between Comexposium and RemaxWorld founder, Recycling Times Media Corporation, will also look to develop further new business in southern China.
