Description

Food & Hotel Indonesia (FHI) returns for its 17th edition in conjunction with Hotelex Indonesia and Finefood Indonesia in its post- pandemic era. Indonesia’s leading comprehensive hospitality, food & beverage international trade exhibition held biennially for over 28 years.

FHI that has been regularly held biennially over the last 28 years and continues to commit and prove to support the acceleration of a sustainable growth of Indonesia’s hospitality and F&B industry. The international trade exhibition has improved industries’ access to the global market and enhances the national economic recovery post-pandemic. The F&B industry itself has been one of the few that continues to grow during the global pandemic. As stated by the Indonesian Minister of Finance, even as it progressively discontinues fiscal support from the epidemic era and reintroduces stringent budgetary regulations, Indonesia anticipates its economy to develop by 5.3% to 5.9% by 2023, above the 5.2% growth target for 2022. Revenue in the Food & Beverage sector is expected to show an annual growth rate (CAGR 2021-2025) of 10.79%, resulting in a projected market volume of US$4,346m by 2025.

FHI gives international companies an undisputed entry point into this thriving and lucrative market. Providing unprecedented access to top culinary and hospitality business players. All attendees will have the chance to learn with the best players in the industry, while networking with the world’s best industry professionals through various events and features. FHI has become the spearhead for companies that are looking to expand their market reach across worldwide borders. FHI will continue and support to accelerate a sustainable business growth to help the sectors shine globally and making Indonesia 4.0 towards 2030.

FHI 2023 will be held in conjunction with Hotelex Indonesia and Finefood Indonesia, incorporating Retail Indonesia to become Indonesia’s biggest trade exhibition of supply products for the hospitality and F&B industries. It provides global access to over 700 top manufacturers, distributors, importers and retailers from over 30 exhibiting countries and regions. Therefore, it is the perfect platform that allows for more hospitality and F&B players to form sustainable business networks.
