Bizzabo Launches New Agenda Module to Enhance Event Engagement

August 21, 2018

Event success cloud solution, Bizzabo, has launched a next-generation agenda feature for conferences and events designed to help event organizers create attendee-facing agenda experiences that boost audience engagement, increase discoverability of sessions and speakers, and provide actionable insights for marketers to maximize event success.

“In-person events have continued to scale at an increasing rate over the past year,” said Eran Ben-Shushan, co-founder and CEO of Bizzabo, which provides marketers with a modern suite of tools designed to create more impactful and rewarding events.

He continued, “It’s more important than ever for marketers to be able to increase brand awareness as well as ensure that the content and schedule of their events are compelling in order to keep attendees coming back for future events. The new Bizzabo agenda fits in perfectly with our value proposition by streamlining event operations, creating an engaged community, and providing actionable analytics to make events more rewarding and impactful.”

Although the unique content and speakers are key differentiators for events, most remain reliant on static agenda tools and PDFs that are difficult to maintain and don’t allow attendees to engage with the program.

With next-generation agenda functionality that makes it seamless to increase brand awareness and enhance the attendee experience, Bizzabo’s new agenda module allows event marketers to:

  • Personalize their events with branding and curated experiences that tailor suggested tracks to attendees.
  • Pinpoint select sessions to emphasize on the agenda page, ensuring that event keynotes, the biggest speakers and sponsored sessions stand out.
  • Predict a session’s likelihood of filling up and when a session appears to be filling up to capacity, close it and redirect attendees to sessions that still have room.
  • Take advantage of a built-in rating and reviews system (that enables attendees to interact and review sessions, take part in polls and share feedback for an interactive event experience) that organizers can analyze and leverage to make improvements and increase participation in future events.

Bizzabo’s new agenda feature was designed with the help of the company’s key customers, with a beta version used by some of the world’s largest events, including Hubspot’s INBOUND, a 25,000-person event taking place Sept. 4-7 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
