As part of a $19 million investment in their event management solutions, A2Z Events has launched the A2Z Events Hub. This one-stop location is a dynamic portal for each event’s exhibitors, attendees, and speakers. The hub is designed for today’s post-pandemic audiences with features to drive adoption, increase revenue and lessen the burden on event managers.

Solving Exhibitor & Sponsors’ Biggest Pain Points

With exhibitors and sponsors driving a large portion of events revenue, the self-service portal is tailored to them with an easy-to-use interface and one centralized location to manage their digital presence at the show. Exhibitor setup is fast and easy to encourage full completion of exhibitor tasks and capture additional revenue opportunities. Exhibitors are provided detailed analytics around attendee interactions, such as advertisement clicks, page views, and product views. Show Organizers can track exhibitor progress to ensure complete profiles and robust  content to increase value for the exhibitor and engagement from potential buyers.

Creating a Conference and Call for Papers Built by Speakers for Speakers

Content is still a primary driver for attendance at events – and for conferences and trade shows, the A2Z Portal offers robust and configurable conference and call for proposal tools. The portal makes managing submissions, building session calendars, and coordinating speaker assignments a breeze. For education managers, it allows the design of a proposal process that is intuitive to navigate and provides step-by-step completion criteria – critical elements to a successful and problem-free call for papers. Once a call is complete, the tools are designed to deliver a seamless proposal to session workflow, a tailored session calendar, session management permissions, and a speaker portal to minimize the effort for education teams. The self-service speaker portal allows for speaker profile completion tracking.

Leading Water Stewardship Knowing water is essential to operations, guests and employees, MGM Resorts has long employed various conservation measures and has doubled down on its commitment in recent years to become a leading corporate water steward. In 2022, MGM Resorts President and CEO Bill Hornbuckle signed the CEO Water Mandate, a United National Global Compact, becoming the first gaming company to endorse the initiative. The company replaced more than 200,000 square feet of real grass with drought-tolerant landscaping in Las Vegas and pledged to reduce water use by 33% by 2025 and by 35% by 2030. Between 2007 and 2022, MGM Resorts saved more than 6 billion gallons of water through water conservation. Paying it Forward MGM Resorts knows that great companies must serve the greater good. That’s why paying it forward is part of its approach to meetings and events. Through the Feeding Forward Program, MGM Resorts collects and preserves unserved and untouched food from conventions held at its properties, then safely donates to food-insecure people through a partnership with Three Square, Southern Nevada’s primary food bank. Since 2016, MGM Resorts has donated more than 3.7 million meals, with a goal of 5 million meal donations by 2025. Donations include unserved perishable prepared foods from events, perishable unprepared food from MGM Resorts’ kitchens and nonperishable food items from minibars and warehouses.
