FSI already produces one of the largest pet shows in the U.S., Super Pet Expo, in Edison, N.J., so it was a natural fit for the company to buy another Edison-based consumer show, the New Jersey Home Show. “As a public show producer, we were already in the market producing the pet shows,” said Eric Udler, FSI president. With a change in ownership structure and the recession starting to finally recede, Hanley Wood has decided old is new again and brought back Peter Goldstone as CEO of the company.
